Relax, Magnesium Complex Soft Chews, Blackberry Lemonade, 30 Individually Wrapped Chews

Tastes a little chemically but does the trick. Magnesium is really good for sleep

These chews were delicious and in an easily accessible container. I did a more relaxed state when taken consistently. They help me unwind, but i don't immediately fall asleep. I do wish they sold a larger supply size. The chews themselves were soft and had a great taste as well.

As someone who does get anxiety i take two before bed and i usually fall asleep quicker and have a better quality of sleep.

I felt more relaxed, calm, and centered after 3 days of daily use. I've also never seen a magnesium chew that uses Glycinate. VERY impressed. Also, using Tart Cherry for sleep is really helpful. Will continue buying this. 5 stars!!!!

It really helps me relax, clear my mind, let go of all the stress from the day, and feel more peaceful. I always feel so much better afterwards, and it helps me sleep deeply and wake up feeling refreshed.
