I cooked these exactly as per the package directions, but the noodles themselves have very little to no flavor. However, they are good if you want to add some bulk to a dish without altering the flavor of that dish.
I like these noodles. knowing they are low carb enables me to like them more! They work exactly like they should. Pretty tasteless, but that is normal. They pick up the taste in the sauce. I love this for low carb spaghetti with a smashing meat sauce. use it in soups as well. I will be back for more.

Perfect for a pasta substitute in it's thickness or for a soup noodle. Not as skinny as regular Shirataki noodles. Also, because of it's thickness the quality and make up of the noodle is closest to a regular pasta noodle, it seperates much better is sauces and soups. No fish smell out of the package either.
love using these for healthier meals. good ingredients and easy that they are shelf stable. packages never leak. good for single portion and heat up well no bad smell like other brands. take on the taste of whatever you cook with!

The pasta provides a quick, easy & delicious meal with marinara, or even a can of soup, like Progresso's Southwest Style thick, protein rich soup.
These noodles just weren't for us. We, mostly I tried really hard to like them but we found them far too rubbery and impossible to chew completely. I gave this 4 stars because so many people have found a way to enjoy "pasta" without the health concerns of pasta. I celebrate that. Just know that you must keep yourself adequately hydrated after consuming these noodles.
We enjoy these as a low carb side dish. Very easy to heat up and add your favorite toppings. Makes dinner a little easier.
