this is a great good quality omega 3 supplement for those who don't get enough from their diet. i also love that they're mini gels, as my partner has issues with bigger pills. omega 3 is great for your brain and overall inflammatory response. the packaging is also thoughtful as it's opaque and doesn't allow light to shine through
