This omega-3 fish oil has the most favourable rates EPA and DHA. It was recommended by some researchers for improving fatigue in CFS/ME people. For me personally it’s helping a lot. Apart from it, it’s easy on stomach and has nice scent. Overall very high quality supplement.
I add it to my dog's food by nipping the capsule. It does not smell fishy.

Most omega 3 that I see doesn't give a bigger percentage of EPA vs DHA. I've read that EPA helps more with cholesterol. That doesn't mean it really does, I just read it somewhere and since there are products that offer higher EPA I try it. Now if there was something to help my memory of the source of that information.
