The pills are a bit on the larger side, so I feel a little nervous when swallowing them, but perhaps because they are coated, they are not too difficult to swallow.
This is my second bottle. It seems to be working, as my muscles are not twitching as much. However, I'm still not sure whether the ingredients are suitable for long-term use.
