The ingredients are good and the size is massive! I feel energised by it but other fruits seem to be helping it along as well. You are suppose to take a couple a day but I just stick to the capsule! I eat other food to get more magnesium! I think I will also get more from it during the winter and I would probably have twice a day!

after researching i have found this to be a good value for the price and the number of capsules.

Disappointed in this magnesium due to its fillers. Not all their mags have these fillers so be careful to read the ingredients first before you purchase it.
