I can’t say whether this worked for me or not. I believe I had an off reaction to it. Felt like I was on stimulants but not in a good way. Gave me an incredibly bad headache for a few days after taking just one. Tried it again a week later and same thing. I’m not sure if it was the high amount of saffron or the other added ingredients or if I just react poorly to saffron. This was my first experience with saffron in general so I can’t quite blame this product specifically.
