I was able to buy this powder type at a low price. However, it wasn't pure magnesium bisglycine, but had magnesium oxide added to it. This wasn't mentioned on the website. Please be careful.
Product cuts costs and gives magnesium oxide which isn’t really bio available while the product details says it’s only biglynicate
Its quality is clearly good, excellent for savings, and the quantity is very good. God willing, it will turn out excellent.
I switched to Vitamatic's Magnesium Bisglycinate powder form because it is the most bioavailable and easily absorbed form of magnesium. The effect really surprised me!
Dissolves easily, I do not detect any strong taste unlike the previous brand that I use. I sleep through the night after taking this. Does not cause any upset stomach either.
