For me it’s a good sleep support and in general essential supplement for nervous system function. Also very important for detoxification in liver and heart function. So magnesium glycinate is a must
So many people are deficient in magnesium! Magnesium is important for so many different body functions. Magnesium glycinate is one of the easier forms of magnesium to tolerate. This microingredients brand is a great value - lots of capsules for the $. I take 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2 before bed at night. I sleep like a baby.
Great magnesium Glycinate Excellent Value The large bottle is a big plus. 240 capsules should last a long time, making this a convenient and economical option.
Some magnesium supplements may cause gut discomfort, i started with 2 pills per day to get used to it, no gut problems at all. I take it to improve my sleep quality.
Best price for magnesium glycinate that I could find. Very high quality supplement. If you take it in the evening it helps you get a good night sleep because it makes you feel relaxed. Highly recommend if you have trouble falling asleep. It is very amazing supplement and very easy to take.
This brand of magnesium is new to me. Judging by ingredients it’s a good quality supplement. I like that it’s enhanced with fat-soluble vitamin C. The size of the capsule is average and easy to swallow. I hope my muscles, joints and bones will benefit from it.
Package size big , quantity is perfect for price. Ingredients wonderful 400 mg of magnesium and plus vitamin c ! Quality i think its great
I've tried several forms of magnesium over the years, but magnesium glycinate is by far the most effective for my needs. The quality of this product is outstanding – you can tell it's made with care. The ingredient list is beautifully clean: just magnesium glycinate and a veggie capsule, no fillers or junk. The size (240 capsules) is fantastic value. At 400 mg per serving (2 capsules), this bottle lasts me nearly four months with daily use. As for taste – there's no unpleasant flavor since it's a capsule, so no chalky or bitter aftertaste to deal with. The benefits have been truly life-changing. My sleep quality has improved dramatically – I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. This mineral has also helped balance my hormone-related mood swings and reduced my nighttime leg cramps. My muscle recovery after workouts is noticeably better, and even my joint discomfort has eased up. The package is simple and effective – a sturdy bottle that keeps the capsules fresh. I take it every evening about an hour before bed, and the calming effect is consistent and reliable. If you're looking for a high-quality magnesium supplement that actually works for sleep, muscle recovery, and overall relaxation, this is the one. Highly recommend!
Always better to buy in bulk size and magnesium does not spoil easily. Perfect dosage for me, twice a day
Micro Ingredients Pure Magnesium Glycinate is a standout choice for those seeking high-quality muscle and relaxation support without the digestive upset often found in other forms. The 240-capsule bulk size offers fantastic value, providing a clean, filler-free way to improve your sleep quality and daily recovery.
