Keto people won’t feel much. C8 MCT is far more noticeable. It’s like this is 5%, mct is 100%. Maybe this is good for high octane performers with a lot of dough to spend for a slight edge. It’s overpriced for the average person though. It’s also slightly bitter but people should expect that. Great marketing though. The concept is great.
I was out of ketosis for several days, and after taking one shot of Ketone-IQ, my ketone level was 1.0 within one hour. It would be nice if the taste were better. Very good quality!
There's only a few reviews with one star ratings & I'm about to add mine. Let me start off by saying the taste is horrendous!! I could not gulp it down even after refrigerating it overnight. I don't know what the benefits are since I only drank one bottle. There's no way I will be able to finish the entire package because the taste is bad.
Donte get me wrong, this works, but from all the things I have heard, I thot I would have a more explosive experience. Non the less, when it runs out I will buy it again.

I decided to give KeytoneIQ a try despite my skepticism and I was surprised at the boost of energy I experienced. It’s true that it doesn’t take good but that’s a small trade off for the immediate positive effect of it.
Ketone component is great. I am not a fan of caffeine, otherwise, 5 stars, better taste. lower ketone content than others. if you want extra caffeine , go for it.

Excellent. Ketone-IQ helps me focus and concentrate. I believe it might even work better for me because of my ADD. This product, Ketone-IQ, specifically works with a precursor to ketones that your body transforms into ketones. This leads to a more healthy extended effect.
For me it reduces food noise and allows me to do longer intermittent fasting. I also feel very focued and work great when I take it.
