Legend® Pre-Workout, Sour Strips® Rainbow, 23.8 oz (675 g)

The taste is bad, the effectiveness is acceptable and excellent as usual from Ghost. The second flavor is the same as grape or Sonic, which is much better.

I love Ghost's pre-workout products, and this version doesn't disappoint either. The taste is sweet and sour, reminiscent of sour candies, and adds a bit of variety before a workout. In terms of effect, it gives me good energy, focus, and a feeling that I'm ready for a strong workout. The price is a bit high, but for me it's a successful product that's definitely worth repurchasing.

The quality of the product is good, the taste is pleasant, but it has a strange aftertaste. The pre-workout complex is great for training and there are no sharp drops in caffeine after training.

It's one of the best pre-workout flavors on the market in my opinion. It keeps you focused without an energy crash.

Ghost legend is known for the best taste and the best dosage for v4

The taste is ok, the quality is great, it's suitable for training, the dosage is ok, the composition is great.

I'm very pleased with the product! Excellent quality, pleasant composition, and good ingredients—everything is thought out to the highest standard. It's clear the manufacturer truly cares about quality.

Delicious to take before a workout, sweet taste and you really feel the caffeine, a great boost for training

Excellent values, good ratios, excellent quality ingredients and 300 milligrams of caffeine that really stimulates and helps with training. Highly recommended.

Overall, a quality and effective product, yes there is a nice quantity but the price is accordingly, unfortunately there is a little aftertaste both after the drink and at the end. The drink is not too heavy on the stomach.
