Needed to find a source for zinc and copper. This has the needed therapeutic dosage. But have since moved to a multivite to reduce pill count. But as a standalone this served its purpose.

I use this nice product every other evening for prevention. It comes in a nice big package, containing small white capsules that are really easy to swallow. They have no bad taste or smell. I am not sure that I am zinc deficient so I don't need to take much for hair, skin or immunity effects. I will buy again.
