Love that it is a combination of both, Zinc is slightly higher than what we would like it to be, but the combination with the copper is great so that the zinc doesn't deplete the body of copper.

Zinc is essential for health but small amounts of copper are needed along with it so its helpful when they are both in one supplemenr
I compared the Vitacost Zinc with Copper to several more expensive brands, and the formulas were very similar, so I decided to go with this one. I’m glad I did because it seems like a really good-quality supplement at a much more budget-friendly price. If you’re looking for a zinc supplement that also includes copper and you don’t want to spend a lot, I think this is a great option. Good quality, good value, and exactly what I was looking for.
