I have PCOS and my periods are usually all over the place. Been taking this for roughly around 2 weeks. Packaging and size is perfect to take anywhere. Doesn't have a taste which is good. Ingredients are minimal. Quality is good and can last a while. It's quite easy on the stomach and haven't had any bad effects from it.

I think this inositol is of excellent quality because it works for me. I recommend it.

This is a great supplement for mood support and helping with blood sugar levels. The quality is great. The ingredients are what one needs. The size of container is small put you don't need a lot for good effect. Potency is great. It taste actually pretty good. The package is good.
