I started taking this for my PCOS and hypothyroidism. I've been taking it for a little over a month, and right away I noticed that my brain fog improved. I can think easier and my brain doesn't feel so heavy and tired. The quality seems fine, and it gives me more energy. There's no taste, it's just normal pills.

Its my third time to purchase this product and i can say that its effective for me just take 4 capsule a day 2 in the morning in a empty stomach and 2 in the night …. But i notice this 3rd i purchase it is deferent in package i dont know if they changed their packaging you can compare it in my photos if somebody tell me if they changed thier packaging??

I should have read the bottle closer, i thought it was 2000mg per capsule - because that is what most other supplements use on their labels. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks now, and haven't noticed any difference except the bottle is draining faster than I'd expected.
