Gonna avoid TMI-y details but yeah, this tea sends me straight to the bathroom 🍵 I appreciate that it feels natural (vs. a “oh god, if I don’t find a toilet in the next two seconds…” feeling)
I love the quality of this tea and it usually works within 6 to 8 hours. I used to have to use laxatives when I was young, but since I found this tea about 10 years ago, I only use this tea in combination when I’m trying to eliminate parasites, cause it just helps them move along the digestive track.

I am now the herbal specialist in our family. My father in law had problems going to the bathroom.And I recommended this tea to him. He said it Worked within a couple minutes. The package is a normal tea. The benefit is that it helps you go to the bathroom. If you're having issues going to the bathroom, I would recommend it, but talk to your doctor first if it's a one time use, I don't see why it would be a problem. And that's what it was for my father-in-law. He really loved it.

quality of the package and size is good. ingredients of the tea are good. taste of the blend and the serving is decent not bad. i use it to help with bowl movement. no caffeine. but it’s a decent item or add to diet. i will use it frequently for the benefits
Smooth move is my go-to regularity tea. All those "diet teas" don't work as well as this one. It will get things moving if you struggle in this area. I drink a cup morning and night mixed with my peppermint and dandelion tea bags. Great for troubled tummies and relentless irregularity.
I love Traditional Medicinals, Organic Spearmint, Caffeine Free. good quality and good package and feel god!! I have been drinking this spearmint tea for the past two years now and can’t say enough great things about it. I will never be without it. The reason I started was because so many women had talked about how it helped them during their monthly cycle with their cramps and skin. It has really helped me when it comes to getting cramps during my cycle, and any hormonal breakouts. If I start drinking this the week before and during my cycle, 1-2 cups a day, my cramps will almost not even be there and my complexion is so much better!! Very refreshing and soothing.
