This tea has a very calming and pleasant herbal flavor. I like drinking it in the evening as part of my bedtime routine. It’s caffeine-free and feels very soothing after a long day. The aroma is relaxing and it helps create a peaceful moment before sleep. Definitely one of my favorite nighttime teas.

This is one of my favorite caffeine-free teas to drink before sleep. The taste is mild and relaxing, with a light herbal sweetness that doesn’t feel artificial or overpowering. I usually drink a warm cup 30–40 minutes before bed and notice I fall asleep easier and wake up less during the night. Great quality, nice aroma, and perfect size box to keep on hand for nightly use.
