Consumer Labs rated this the best in its class. I switched over to this and my whole family takes it. Love the added minerals, as they benefit hydration ... Excellent ingredient combination. Large in size. No taste. I suffer from tick disease which robs the body of magnesium. This elevates the night muscle cramps. It does slightly improve sleep quality.

Deva is my favorite as they are 100% vegan brand, this particular product seems to work for me. I feel good and relaxed especially with my night time dose helps me go to sleep quicker. The tablets are regular size and easy to digest, however due to the nature of supplement the serving size per day comes to 3 tablets. I personally go with 1 each in the morning, evening, and night.
