Myo & D-Chiro Inositol with MTHF Folate + Vitamin D3, 360 Vegetarian Capsules

I've used to buy this product on Amazon, but found that its price on iHerb is much better! This product is absolutely 10 stars! I've not being trying to get pregnant, I just wanted to get my regular period back. Last year was a bit stressful for me and I did not eat well (not much protein and such), so I guess it's why my periods became very irregular and in October 2022 it just stopped. It added a lot of extra stress on the top of everything. I've tried to meditate, eat healthy, manage stress, but it did not help me to get my period back. I bought a 1st box of Myo&D-Chiro in 1st week of February this year, and! my period has started in just 6 days! it made me almost cry. Now, I'm plan to take it for a few months and then try to see if periods come on its own without any pills. Simultaneously, I'm having a much healthier diet and manage stress much better as well.

the delivery is really good it arrives earlier than expected the package is not that so safe but I guess maybe it's not a glass bottle that's why. Ill order again if it's gonna work for me 😊 and maybe suggest it for my fellow woman who is suffering from PCOS

It has folate not folic acid which is a plus and better ingredient. No idea about the metabolism, taste, nervous system, potency, effect, energy, niacin flush will rewrite review after a month use.
