I’ve been trying out this Glucomannan from Nutricost to help manage my appetite, and honestly, it does the job pretty well. I feel fuller between meals, and it’s helped me cut down on random snacking. The capsules go down easily and don’t mess with my stomach, which is a plus. Just a heads-up though — it’s not some overnight fix. You’ve still gotta eat right and drink a ton of water for it to actually do its thing. Worth a shot if you're looking for a little extra help.

I purchased these to see if it would improve constipation. but even on days where I take one pill 30 minutes before each meal I don't know this much changes. and I am also drinking more water and eating cleaner to help. in my opinion I don't think the pills help much with appetite suppression or constipation.

1,800mg Glucomannan capsules. No taste. Must be taken half an hour before the meal, on an empty stomach. I feel great with them, less appetite and smaller portions!

Quality is ok for those that can tolerate it, ingredient list is clean, i got constipated so I stopped using it... i guess is more of a personal thing and quality thing. Product has no bad taste.
