Great combination of Magnesium Malate, Glycinate, Citrate. All 3 ingredients have great absorption rates and bio-availability. Mg Malate = Energy (cellular level), Mg Glycinate= Relaxation; Mg Citrate= Digestion & Bowel movement. Good quality product. I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening as directed with a light meal.
