great tasting tea with many health benefits, no caffeine so you can enjoy anytime. Not bitter tasting I can drink this without any sweetener. Highly recommend. Only negative for me is the teabag I wish it was loose leaf, but easily fixed by tearing bag and using the leaves only.

Works as intended, great for a true cleanse of your system. There is no sugar what's so ever in this tea bag (it is not sweet). So you might want to add a little sweetener. If you don't mind the bitter taste, you can drink as directed without it. The taste is kind of strong. It takes affect immediately. Worth every penny.
