I like that each tea bag is individually packaged with a list of the ingredients, so the recipients won't have to wonder what's in the blend! Anything from yogi is good seriously! I live this tea brand as the ingredients are really good quality and tastes really good. I use this one for reducing stress I don't know if it's mental but I do feel the differenc and like the taste and scent as well. Very nice and relaxing
