I bought this by mistake, thinking it was a health bar. But I felt better immediately after eating it, so I'm grateful for the coincidence. There are 7-8 1cm square gummies in one bag (I didn't count them, so I'm not sure). It's sweet, but it's a delicious, regular gummy flavor.
Have tried all the Bolt Chews flavours, and this one is a favourite as it is a nice balance of both sweet and tart. This is a good sized gummy for an energy boost between matches. Even in the heat the gummies do not sweat or melt. I just wish the packet was the resealable kind, as you only need 1-2 chews each time. Once the package is opened, the gummies will fall out.

These taste good and give good energy. I just wish they were a bit more bite size. I like to eat them on my long runs and I with the individual chews were closer to the size of jelly beans for ease of consumption.
