I wanted a good pre-workout that didn't have a week's supply of caffeine, and this one fits the bill very nicely. It seems to give me additional energy for tough workouts. The taste is a little too sweet, but I can live with it. Economical and effective!
"I’ve been using this stimulant-free pre-workout for my evening workouts, and it has been great. The blue raspberry flavor tastes refreshing and isn't overly sweet or artificial. It mixes completely in cold water with no gritty texture left at the bottom. It gives solid muscle fullness, endurance, and pumps during heavy training without any jitters or sleep disruption. Solid quality and great value for the serving size."
Great overall non-stim pre formula for the price with good quality and dosage.Pick the taste you like, workouts felt amazing and immediately felt the benefits and had great energy.
Satisfied with this purchase so far. The product seems clean and consistent, and the taste is fine. I’ll keep using it to see longer-term results.
i do work in the morning which leaves me to work out during the evening. this delivers the benefits of non stimulant for good pump. This gives me energy and power to push through. love the brand also
Nutricost PRE-SF is a great stimulant-free pre-workout for days when you want performance without caffeine. The quality feels solid and consistent, and it actually improves my workout output (better focus/pump without feeling wired). The Blue Raspberry taste is pleasant and not overly sweet, and it mixes easily. The dosage is straightforward, and the tub size is good value. Overall, very efficient pre-workout for training sessions—especially if you work out later in the day and want to protect sleep. Would repurchase.
I like combination formula instead of quality ingredients, the taste and in dosage of one scoop for all. I take it in the morning and it keeps energized. the benefits are great. better than taking arginine and Citrulline alone ..
Thank you very much for this product, it suited me, I like the packaging, comfortable and stylish, I will order more of these products, and recommend them to all my friends and relatives! good!!
Love this stimulant-free option! The blue raspberry flavor is refreshing, the powder mixes easily, and it’s a great choice for anyone who wants a smooth pre-workout boost.
trying this combo formula instead of taking ingredients separately. less qty for beta-alanine and taurine but one scoop for all. other taste than the previous
