I started taking Magnesium Gly many years ago ever since I have my 1st child 20 years ago. It helps me to keep my energy consistent while running the kids errands and keeping me focused, promote relaxation, improve sleep quality, and alleviate muscle tension. It's also associated with reduced anxiety and improved mood.
I've been using iHerb Magnesium Glycinate as part of my daily routine, and my experience has been positive. The capsules are easy to take, and the product arrived well-packaged and in good condition. One thing I appreciate is that iHerb offers products from trusted brands with clear labeling, making it easy to know what you're buying. Shipping was smooth, and the quality met my expectations. Magnesium glycinate is a popular form of magnesium because many people choose it for everyday wellness routines. I like that it fits easily into my daily schedule. Overall, I had a good experience with this product and with ordering from iHerb. If you're looking for a quality magnesium glycinate supplement from a reliable online store, this is worth considering. As always, everyone's experience may be different.
This supplement is one of the best that I take. You can feel benefit really fast like 3-7 days. Muscles relaxed, better sleep, less stress, better focus, etc. I used to consume magnesium in powder form, however gels are far more better option for me because they don't have taste.
My body gets stiff and I wake up sometimes during sleep since my hormonal balance is easily disrupted and it’s been cold during winter, so I purchased this to help my body relax and me fall asleep. It’s working for me.
The quality is good and the ingredients are safe. The size is enough for months. I found a positive effect within two weeks of use
Calms restless legs, helps with relaxing for sleep and staying asleep. Improves muscle condition in the whole body. Great quality supplements and one product that I’ve been loyal to for years. If I miss more than a few nights I really notice it. Low cost but high quality ingredient
This product provides magnesium exclusively in glycinate form, with a clear source and a transparent ingredient profile. The formulation avoids blended compounds and unnecessary additives, reflecting a restrained and straightforward design approach. Overall, it emphasizes clarity and structural simplicity rather than exaggerated positioning. The serving format allows flexibility in how individuals interpret the label.
I have been taking it for a month now for my PCOS. Magnesium normal upsets my stomach but not this one , I am only taking 2 instead of 3 pills and I do it before bed time. I love that it’s a capsule and it’s not a big size. I think it’s w great quality and ingredients for this price
i was looking for the magnesium form that when you wake up in the morning, you don't feel tired. this was not it for me. but maybe it varies with individuals.
My experience with this product has been amazing in every aspect!
