I am a paraplegic that has had 1/3 of my intestines removed in the past 9 years. I suffer from recurring C. This is a good product, it works better than the other 2 brands that I tried. I usually take one capsule as 2 give me diarrhea for some reason. Less bloating, better digestion, brown colored stools.

Someone I trust recommended this particular type of probiotic, so I gave it a try. It does help digestion move along in a healthy way. I'm not sure why the bottle is so large for the number of capsules, but I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to use it.
