I started taking this about 4 weeks ago with hyaluronic acid. I've noticed marked improvement in my knees and hands. I've even been able to stop taking the nsaid my doc prescribed. Very pleased :)
They are rather large so not the easiest to swallow but they are coated so that helps but I would highly recommend giving these a try. I tried the powder first of all but it tastes vile and I couldn't cope with that!
good product and deliver is ver fast and package is very excellent
MSM in tablet form is easy to take. MSM is the only supplement I take consistently. It significantly speeds up the body's recovery from exercise.
Thank you very much for this product, it suited me, I like the packaging, comfortable and stylish, I will order more of these products, and recommend them to all my friends and relatives! good!!
The human body needs sulfur, and Source Naturals has developed a fantastic product in this MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane). Regular use can improve certain mineral deficiencies, and can impact joint health, improving joints such as knee or hip. It's hard to get essential amounts of sulfur in your diet, so supplement it with the fine ingredients of this product.
This product is truly amazing! High quality, natural, and packed with health benefits. It has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and taking just one piece daily has made a noticeable difference in how I feel. It also works as a natural support overall wellness.
Works great for anti aging. Having improvement with knee problems and lots of other benfits like less wrinkles
I have ordered from the same brand MSM and Chondroitin Sulfate for my mom, because her doctor said so. Before usage please contact your doctor to check the nessesity and dosage. First five days she was not feeling okay, her knees hurt but after few weeks the main ingredient showed an effect. She felt improvement and I'm happy I bought it. This review is not medical advice.
I have purchased this MSM as I read the reviews from iHerb but I haven’t seen any results
