Good result. Feel better after a month of taking. The only thing I’m confused of is the quantity per serve (5 pills), and the size of each pill. If you forget yo take the pills several times per day and need to take at a time, you should split for 2-3 times to swallow it.
My wife takes a tablet a day and helps her to be strong and immune. Good quality product and will buy it again.

This one comes in a large bottle (290 tablets) which makes it super convenient for long-term use. The package is solid and simple, so storing it is easy.
