Ionic Magnesium Chloride, 4 fl oz ( 118 ml)

Love the effects of this magnesium . I also like that I can control how much or how little I take since its by the dropper. I have a sensitive stomach and this doesnt bother me at all, just follow directions and gradually increase dose. It does helps with styaing "regular " but helps keep muscle spasms away which is why I started taking magnesium to begin with . I haven't had much luck with other brands or forms of magnesiumnfor spasms. It does taste incredibly salty, its awful actually. I mix with about 2 oz of tart cherry juice and i dont even taste it. Its worth the extra step!

This is the first time we r using ionic magnesium and we r really seeing good results for our son he is less anxious, sleep better and for some reason poops more, we used other magnesium it didn’t work I think because of absorption problem so we r really happy we started this supplement, one setback is the taste is a little strong make sure to use more juice to hide the taste

I ordered this product because I prefer not to take too many pills. The taste isn’t great, but the quality and health benefits make it worth it. What I like about this product is that it’s easy to take—you can simply mix it with your favorite drinks.

Good quality magnesium supplement. Easy to use and helps with relaxation and muscle recovery. The liquid form absorbs well.

So easy to take to ensure you have sufficient essential minerals, especially magnesium. It’s fairly tasteless, and can actually add a nice flavour water, but you can always mix having a greater dilution if you’re not keen on the taste. Love the lack of fillers and seems pure. The effects and benefit are already helping.

I bought this specifically for my 8-year-old daughter. Since it’s ionic, it’s highly absorbable, and the liquid format is so much easier for her to take than large pills. We just add a few drops to her water or juice. It has been a fantastic natural way to support her overall wellbeing and help her feel more relaxed in the evenings. A high-quality product that really works.

This Trace Ionic Magnesium is a great addition to my daily routine. The liquid form is very easy to use, absorbs well, and the dropper makes dosing simple and precise. I appreciate the clean ingredients and the fact that a little goes a long way. It mixes easily with water and doesn’t upset my stomach. High-quality product from a trusted brand—definitely recommended and I will repurchase.
