These were recommended for people who are histamine intolerant and histamine is a sign of Dysbiosis of the gut. I took this supplement once and didn’t react well. all strains are histamine intolerant friendly. hoping this will help restore my gut microbiome to better tolerate histamine. taking this for 2.5 months and hard to tell no clear results yet, still need daily dao as well, but establishing new gut bacteria takes time. i use alongside seeking health dao enzyme and together i have seen reduction in histamine attacks by 50%

Tried this for several weeks to improve histamine levels. Take 2 after dinner, pill size is a little big, easy to digest. For quality, there wasn't a significant difference but I think it helps eases the itch at night a little if taken consistently over time, coupled with controlled diet.

it was hard to tell if this probiotic was giving me any benefit but it wasnt giving me a histamine response which is really good. i think it also helped (as part of an overall protocol) to reduce bloating. size is reason. i like the varied strains as well as the ingredients. i am very regular now and dont have any constipatipn or negative side effects from taking them. 1 tablet first thing in the morning.

I have histamine intolerance and did a lot of research to find a probiotic to replace the one I am currently taking, and this fit the bill. Although it doesn't have a laundry list of strains nor a high CFU count, it has the strains I need for my health issue.
