This is the only worcestershire sauce I use. I like that it's organic. I add it to pretty much all of my recipes. I do wish the bottle was bigger and it didn't settle so much at the bottom. No matter how hard I shake it up, there's too much stuck at the bottom.
The quality, taste, size, package, use of this ingredient is so versatile. I love it in soups, stir fries, casseroles. It's composition is smooth. Serving size for me is roughly 1T. Love it in gravy or soup, casserole, dips. I love it in my diet...it enhances the dish.
This came as a pleasant surprise -- it beats Lea and Perrins for flavor and consistency! And it's vegan. Highly recommend.
