I love this. The flavour is OK but the energy it gives me for a workout is perfect. Doesn’t give me jittery energy and it’s a super good price for a good quality starting a pre-workout.
It’s a 10/10 for me , have been using in on and off for many years and it really works for a pre workout training. Good packaging and size for the money.

I've been taking ENGNSHRED for a few years now. I add 1 scoop into my pre-workout mix (with EVL's PumpMode and also glutamine). I then also add half a scoop of ENGNSHRED into my cup for during workout. I think it does add to alertness. I have taken a creatine hiatus for a few weeks, and then began again to take ENGNSHRED, and I felt like my eyes were opening with focus, and I was ready to lift with intensity. The only downside I'll mention are the artificial dyes. I would prefer a clear product over one with these chemicals, but the price and results have been worth it for me. I have no complaints on taste. It IS important to not take too much; your heart will not like probably more than 2 scoops in a short period of time.
This is currently my pre-workout to go to. The quality, size and benefits are all there. Really great for the price comparing to more expensive brands.
I bought this product for an energy boost and to support my fitness routine because I was dealing with severe fatigue. I can’t really give an objective review, since my weakness turned out to be a side effect of my antidepressants. Considering the ingredients and potential benefits, it wouldn’t be fair to leave a negative review. My opinion is based on personal experience, not an objective assessment, but overall I think it’s a reasonable supplement.
