honestly many years I was shopping only Swanson. now because of pricing I'm shopping around. but if you check carefully label before you buy Swanson is really good.

This supplement is great if your E vitamin need is low or if you are trying to understand what’s the best dose for you. In my case I’ve been taking 2 pills a day and have felt it pairs well with the other supplements I’m taking. My gyno recommended it for some fibroids/masses I have in my breast, but seems I need a higher dose. We’ll see how it goes on the long run. The pills are small, easy to swallow and have a cute yellow color.
