I take Vitamin E as a form of skin care. I live in fairly humid city. I have a job that requires A LOT of hand washing and has poor access to hand lotion. From what I understand, it provides antioxidant protection, which speeds up the skin's natural healing process by 200%. My dosage is one gel a day. I have never known the quality to be anything but excellent. This doesn't significantly taste like anything.
