I bought this for the kids to help during cold weather, especially when people around them are sick, alongside a healthy diet. They do contact sport 5 days a week, so lots of kids come to train sounding like they are about to cough their lungs out. The kids like the taste.

I love gummy vitamins, but try not to take too many (they can be addictive!). I take one of these daily from the autumn and throughout the winter. They taste great and I often don’t get sick when others around me do.
