I’ve tried other greens powders in the past that tasted unpleasant. However, this product seemed like a great compromise with a solid price point and good ingredients. The taste is fine—while it still has a hint of that "grass" flavor, the berry essence is quite pleasant. I also like to add a little Mio to enhance the flavor, and together they make a great drink. One of the best aspects is how easily it blends into cold water, even with just shaking. Since I started taking this, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my digestion and energy levels. This is my 2nd canister of super smart greens. They help my stomach feel better. I have epigastric gas...and I just do a small amount of powder in water...and it smoothes things over. And, I do mix in a little green powder that has stevia....to help it taste good...for me. . .I don't want sugar....but I do like is to be palatable. : ) .... I really like that it does detox, cleanse and digest. I appreciate that this powder has so much included. My biggest concern is that I so wish that it had the methyl B-12.

Honestly, the taste bothers me. I thought it wasnt that bad because it has pomegranate berry something on it but, i am not honestly taking it anymore 😅 Maybe guys if you have a strong tummy, you could do it. ajaaaa! the package is good and the quality. and i know its a superfood but im not that strong to continue with it.
