Quality of the supplement is wonderful . Ingredient is very nice. The size is fine for me. The dosage is individual. Benefit was for me that I started feeling way better towards my stomach. No heaviness after meals. The taste is herbal. I started feeling much more comfortable in my nutrition routine.
