Phosphatidyl Serine isn’t the most essential supplement out there, but it can deliver real benefits for mental clarity and focus. I’ve definitely noticed some support with my ADHD since starting it, especially in terms of staying calm and mentally organized. I appreciate that the capsules are vegetarian, since I try to avoid gelatin-based ones. The quality is solid and there’s no taste, but the capsules are pretty large, which makes them a bit annoying to fit into my pill organizer. While I do think it works, I’m not completely sure I’d repurchase. It’s a little pricier than I’d like, and I’ve found other supplements that give me similar results for a lower cost. That said, it’s still a great option if you’re looking for clean, soy-free phosphatidyl serine.

I take this alongside omega-3 to see if it helps at all with ADHD symptoms, as research studies have shown that a combination of the two can help. But unfortunately added this expensive supplement to my regime showed no improvements even after finishing the bottle with twice-daily use.

I feel like I talk better after about an hour I take this on empty stomach. Might be palcebo or not. No other effects. I took double the dosage.
