This product is a definite monthly purchase. In menopause 55 years old, lost three parents in 10 years all due to cancer, pandemic- my brain was so bad. I could not remember anything. Recommended by my naturopathic doctor to help me cope with extreme stress and anxiety. She said it has neuro-protective factors. I’ve taken it for several months, 2 a day, and can’t say for sure that it’s made a difference. I read it can have blood thinning properties so I’ve backed down to one a day and feel the same. I will likely wean myself off as the studies I read also say it has short term benefits so no point in taking it longer than is beneficial.

I am taking it since a month now and just ordered the 2nd package. I have the feeling it helps with focusing and a better sleep :)
