This hearts of palm spaghetti is very light and works well as a low carb pasta substitute. It absorbs sauce nicely and doesn’t have a strong flavor on its own. The texture can be a bit soft and watery though, especially if overcooked. Still a decent option when you want something lighter than regular pasta.

Good to have as a last resort for keto craving, as it's a nice low carb alternative and neutral flavor. Texture is decent but not something I crave. Fun to try but not essential for me. On the fence about repurchasing
It's hard to find grain-free pastas, and one gets tired of the same cassava flour ones, so this product is a nice switch from that. It does have the texture of a shredded vegetable, and is not flour-y at all, but it doesn't take away from its ability to act as a pasta.

Visually they look like noodles. But the texture and taste is nothing like regular carbs. Probably will not buy again. Shelf life isn’t long and portions are more like 1.5 which is kind of small for the price.
