This tea is a life saver! I read that Nettle leaf tea interacts with my high blood pressure medication and can lower it and all I can say is thank god I found this! My blood pressure was very high and now I have perfect blood pressure drinking this tea with my medication that wasn’t controlling my blood pressure. This tea is delicious. Lovely teas. Love the packaging, taste is well.. it’s nettle so herby ? I would buy it again but I ended up buying another brand for now. I don’t think there any caffein it. I use it to manage my menopausal symptoms. Seems to be of good quality and ingredients though.
