King Arthur mixes are very good and consistent. The taste is excellent for gluten free, easy to use following instructions on package. Cooking time is not any different than wheat pancakes, good thickness. For me, be gluten intolerant, this is a healthy food and good value for my money.

Taste is delicious and the ingredients are good quality for snack. Package size is enough. I eat this on diet but calorie is not low, I like adding to my daily protein intake. easy to prep
