Einkorn Pancake & Waffle Mix, 16 oz (454 g)

Really simple healthy blend, einkorn flour is awesome. Super convenient

We’ve been looking for a new pancake mix and this is the winner! Great taste and great ingredients from a trusted company. Will purchase again.

This pancake mix is amazing — it makes soft, fluffy pancakes with a clean, wholesome taste that’s very easy on the stomach. The flavor is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and tastes great with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey. I love that it’s made with einkorn flour — you can really taste the difference in quality. A simple, pure mix that makes breakfast feel special every time!

I used the waffle recipe on the bag--they turned out tasty, however they were a bit on the dry side. I may have overcooked them and for the next batch I might try a slightly different recipe. Overall, we enjoyed this product and I love feeling good when I eat it, because of the einkorn grain!

We love the quality and taste of this package. I am always looking for clean ingredients and this brand always meet my expectations. The recipe is super simple and creates enough servings for a fam of 4-6. I hope iHerb continues to carry all of their products and we will continue to buy ;)

Really impressed with this mix. Pancakes came out fluffy and tasty, and its super convenient when you want something quick. The package could be a little bit better but overall taste and ingredients used for the mix is amazing. I’m repurchasing for sure and will be frequently having pancakes!!!

Bought it for my kid. The ingredients are of high quality. It tastes very good for me but not probably for kids. The packaging is good. It's useful for my diet and benefits are good. I frequently use it. Once a week. One cup makes a whole complete serving. Rexipe is on point.

We use this most morning and it made delicious pancakes, 10 out of 10
