I have been purchasing Balance Oil for a couple of years, and it’s great to add to my daily smoothies. I usually use more than half a teaspoon. It's important to note that it should be consumed within 12 weeks. Body Bio advised me that I could freeze a portion of it if I feel I won’t be able to use it within that time frame.
Bought this on a recommendation to not eat foods with fats, as I can't digest it and makes me go through problems, but have this to replace the fatty foods to meet health needs of fats without digestion needed. Would say it does cover the need in case you can't eat them. Taste is mild, neutral. Benefit in my case is skipping the problem of digesting food to get my fat needed. Dosage is 1 tsp, but if you need more fats you can have a little bit more. I would say it's a good quality and size.
I've found that my skin has benefited since taking this balance oil and the PC. I really love this brand and their products/ingredients. Taste is fine and quality is superb. I will purchase again. I'm thankful iherb stocks these products that are otherwise hard to get in Canada or we have to pay tarriff. Great size for value.
BodyBio makes excellent products. I have used this product for a year now and will continue to use. I purchase the oil in liquid format as more economical. This was so good! After half a big bottle I could already notice my skin being so much better, smoother, more plump and hydrated. Also I have had noticeably less headaches. I did use other products as well but as I ran out of it I could understand this contributed a lot to me feeling so much better! So all and all perfect quality, clean ingredients, good size (453ml bottle) with plenty of health benefits!
I appreciate that iHerb carries this supplement. It is from a reputable and trusted company and the ingredients are high quality. Not my favorite taste, but the benefits are worth it. Be sure to refrigerate after opening.

Can't say enough about this oil! No taste so it is easy to take. Quality is the highest we could find when researching. Healthier source of Omega 3 + 6. Better than fish oil. Provides the bodies essential fatty acids in the proper ratio. Great ingredients.
