They work well if I could take them. They are super sour and give me heartburn. I tried taking them, but they are like chewing a lemon. I even tried cutting them in half. I’ve taken similar supplements and never got heartburn from them.

i bought this for me and my son. we have adhd. we use to use an other brand but that wasnt available. they help with my focus and stress.

I’m still figuring out if this works to support moderating stress, but it at least has tart taste which make it a good mood changer.

taste is acceptable, quite sour so may be this is why it distracts you from your stress, but don't expect this is that miracle.

Extremely sour taste, even for us who loves Apple Cider Vinegar. Tried 3 gummies from the bottle and all were bad so had to chuck it out

I tried this and it works for me, it’s gentle and easy to take because it’s gummies. I think it is too sweet for my preference but it works , chew it and follow with water. I would recommend trying for calming the body naturally!
