As someone who suffers from migraines, tension headaches and trains a lot, I find this has helped with alleviating head pressure and aerobic capacity. I've tried other beet supplements like powders and shots, and this seems to work the best for me. I take a serving first thing every morning with water, electrolytes and creatine. Highly recommend

I am not sure if the dosage is too high for me because I feel overwhelmed sometimes when I take it, so I will experiment with dosage but it tastes good and seems to be good quality so I will continue as I would like to see some health benefits
I usually don’t like beats, but this is delicious! Really tasty. Can even be eaten by the spoonful!!! It’s that delicious. Slightly sweet. Nice pink color. Really well packaged and sealed. Basic ingredients and organic. A really good product. Great for circulation and blood pressure and recovery from exercise.
