I love that I get vitamin K in different forms - K1 and the K2 even as different forms MK-4 and MK-7. I had a very hard time finding a vitamin K2 supplement with MK-4! I added a screenshot from the manufacturer's website where it clearly lists the quantities of each form of Vitamin K which is missing on the bottle.
I've had Hashimoto's for over 1o years. The doctor tells me I am in remission because my bloodwork is normal but the antibodies always test positive. I started taking this against my doctor's advice. She warned against taking fat soluble vitamins in high doses. Several months later I went back to get tested. The antibodies were almost normal. I haven't had this much improvement through diet and supplementation ever. And the doctor was wrong, I got tested for the vitamin levels and they were all within the healthy range even at such high doses.

I’ve used these in the past and have just ordered a new bottle. The A, D and K dosages are far more sensible than other brands, particularly ones that combine the vitamins. Don’t forget, the fat soluble vitamins can accumulate in the body rather than simply ‘wash out’ like the water soluble vitamins such as the B’s, so we need to be careful of dosage and frequency of intake. I typically take these x1 per day over the work week i.e. 5/7 days. They definitely work as I’ve had blood tests to show my Vit D has been raised. I like the combo Vitamin K1 and the split between K2 M4 and M7, there doesn’t seem to be an agreed upon perfect form of Vit K yet. Overall, good quality, size and appear to provide the advertised benefit of the vitamins.
CODEAGE ADK Vitamins has the perfect quality ingredients. The size of the capsule is small. The dosage is only 1 per day. This is great as I don't like taking many of the same supplements. These dont have any taste as it us unflavored. the benefits are great if I dont get enought sun and also good because I use Zinc. I need to take the k vitamin to complement the zinc. This is hepled me as it is easy to take jsut 1 capsule.
It's so difficult to find a combination of A, D & K. Codage's formula is fantastic and has a good balance of all 3 vitamins. The amount if capsules you get is great value for money and the bottle lasts a long time. I take this for strong bones and teeth and for overall health.
So far so good. I see some changes and it's working perfectly fine for me. The taste is fine. The ingredients and quality are superb.
