This is my first time ordering from this company. It's good. I benefit from vitamin A for my eyesight and vitamin D because I'm deficient in them. Both ingredients are good, but I learned that it's best not to exceed the recommended dose of vitamin A.

I believe this formula is beneficial and excellent; the product has not yet been tested.

Even though I make sure to take a multivitamin, I find myself taking additional vitamins separately if I need more. The quantity is generous for the price, and I am satisfied.
