Great quality as expected from all the Codeage products. I chose this multivitamins among the many available because it appears to contain a wide range of bio available vitamins and minerals and no nasty fillers, sugars, starches etc... It also contains a probiotic blend - great for the tummy - and digestive enzymes that also can contribute to keeping an healthy gut. It is designed for men - so I won't be taking it - but my husband reported that it is a product easy to integrate in his daily diet. He takes 4 capsules per day - as suggested - all together at breakfast time and then he doesn't need to take any other supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow, therefore in general it should not represent a problem keeping up with the 4 capsules daily dosage. The bottle will last for 30 days and then we will probably purchase more. For the effects it is early days to experience the full benefits from supplementing with this product, but definitely there has been an improvement in regularity and less tummy bloating. Amazing supplement, super broad in content and I love how it includes adaptogens as well as vitamins and minerals, the only downside is that 4 capsules a day is a bit much (specially for someone that isn’t used to popping pills every day). I don’t know why some people are saying they have to take 4 capsules a day. My bottle says 120 count take 2 capsules a day. And I do feel a difference, more energy and focus is sharper.
